Shipping policy

Shipping Overview

At KAA DOS, we ship all orders from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. We usually process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping may take slightly longer.

We are unable to deliver to DHL Packstations. Please note: For deliveries within Germany, age verification by DHL is mandatory upon delivery.

We do not ship to areas outside the German customs territory, such as Helgoland and Büsingen.

Important Notes

We ship alcoholic beverages that are fragile and legally age-restricted.

All shipments are packaged with care to prevent damage during transit.

The package will only be handed over to the individual who placed the order.

A valid government-issued photo ID must be shown to confirm legal age (18+).

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. Undeliverable packages are subject to return fees (see below).

Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany

DHL national: €5.90

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Age verification at the door by DHL is required.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Berlin, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

We kindly ask for your understanding:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed age verification (within Germany), or refused acceptance, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

We will refund your order minus the original shipping cost and any return fees, depending on your country.

Please avoid refusing deliveries, as this incurs additional return costs, especially for international shipments.
