OUR STORY

KAA DOS is one of the few fully organic tequilas in the world, crafted from family-owned Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. In close collaboration with the Partida family—pioneers of organic agave farming—our plants mature for at least eight years before being hand-harvested. Just a few miles from the fields, the agave hearts are slowly cooked, pressed, and fermented, then distilled in small copper pot stills by master distiller Iliana Partida for a full-bodied, smooth taste. Every step of the process reflects our deep respect for the land, the people, and the tradition behind true tequila craftsmanship.

THE FOUNDERS

Friendship, multiple trips to Mexico, and a shared love for tequila turned an idea into reality. Together, Bill, Tom and Georg wanted to create something meaningful outside of music, leading them down an exciting and adventurous new path.

In recent years, they’ve worked closely with an award-winning Master Distiller, refining their recipe to perfection. Their mission: to launch a high-quality, rich-flavored, all-organic tequila they truly love, designed to ignite enthusiasm for the trending drink of modern times.

A soft, warm light enhances the natural tones of the scene, and blurred elements on the right side suggest a vignette or gradient overlay. The mood is open and welcoming.

ILIANA PARTIDA, THE MASTER DISTILLER

Iliana is a fourth generation Master Distiller, following a long family tradition. She has been surrounded by blue Weber agave all her life. Her knowledge of traditional methods and great ambition gives KAA DOS its soul and distinctive taste.

Interior view of a large, cylindrical industrial oven filled with roasted agave hearts. The agave piñas are dark brown, caramelized, and stacked densely inside the chamber, ready for further processing. The rough surface and charred texture of the agave indicate they have undergone extensive slow roasting, a crucial step in traditional tequila production.
Side-by-side view of two large industrial ovens in a tequila distillery. The oven on the left is filled with roasted, dark brown agave piñas, while the oven on the right contains raw, unroasted white agave piñas. Several roasted agave pieces lie scattered on the ground in front of the left oven. The contrast between the caramelized and raw agave highlights different stages of the traditional cooking process. The ovens are mounted on bright yellow concrete bases under a corrugated metal roof.
